Dispute between the housing association and the tenant<\/strong><\/h1>\n

As a tenant-owner, you do not own the flat \u2013 instead you have a right to the flat and you own a membership in the housing association that owns the house. Within the association, statutes are established that its members are obliged to follow. There are also rules in housing law stating the responsibility of the tenant-owner and the association regarding the condition of the flat and how the tenant-owner may use the flat.<\/p>\n
