Rental disputes<\/strong><\/h1>\n

The landlord and the tenant both have obligations to one another. For the tenant the main responsibility is to pay the rent on time. The tenant is also responsible for taking care of the flat or premises, to not sublet the flat and to not disturb other tenants. In such instances, the tenant can be ordered to pay damages to the landlord. In serious cases of misconduct, the lease can be terminated. This means that the tenant is no longer allowed to stay on.<\/p>\n

The landlord also has obligations to the tenant. For example, the landlord is obligated to keep the flat or premises of a livable standard.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
