Executor<\/strong><\/h1>\n

If the beneficiaries of the estate can agree on how the possessions should be divided, they can be divided through what is known as an executive decision. This means that the courts appoint an executor after an application is made by the estate. An executor first needs to establish whether an agreement can be struck between the parties.<\/p>\n

If that is not possible, the executor can make the final decision on how to divide the estate. Any person who is not happy with the executor\u2019s decision can object through the courts against the other parties who have a stake in the estate.<\/p>\n

You apply for an executor at the district court. You must pay a fee for the application, and the executor also receives compensation for his or her work via the estate. We have many years of experience working as executors.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
