Competition clauses, confidentiality, etc.<\/strong><\/h1>\n

The possibility of preventing an employee from competing with his or her employer after termination of the employment is limited. With well-defined contract terms, however, an employer may attain some protection.<\/p>\n

If the employee has ownership interests in the employer, the chances of negotiating competition restrictions increase.<\/p>\n
