Contracts of employment \/ CEO agreements<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Contracts of employment are often drawn up using already available template contracts. However, when you hire an employee who will have a leading position within the company, we recommend that you tailor an agreement between you and the employer in question. Such an agreement includes the regulation of salary, opportunity for board assignments, competition clauses, confidentiality, severance pay, etc.<\/p>\n
