With a shareholders\u2019 agreement and the articles of association, the shareholders can regulate how the business is to be conducted. With the agreement, the shareholders can also regulate the conditions for how a shareholder can be bought out.<\/p>\n

Partnerships and limited partnerships are formed through an agreement between the owners. There is legislation governing these types of businesses, though it is often replaced by, or combined with, an agreement on certain important aspects.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
